The full-foam natural latex mattresses are primarily intended for side sleepers, while the somewhat firmer sandwich mattresses are recommended for stomach and back sleepers.

The Varia Lana natural latex mattress (12 cm core) is an excellent mattress for light to normal weight teenagers and adults who prefer to sleep on their side. It is rather soft in terms of lying comfort. Natural latex foam as a mattress core is incomparably point-elastic. Point elasticity is given when the body is stored in a pressure-relieving way in any sleeping position. This has a positive effect on intervertebral discs and joints.
