Baumberger Slatted Frame Classico Medio

The quality of your bed is determined by approximately one third by the slatted frame. For a healthy sleep all around, we therefore offer the matching slatted frames for the Baumberger Classico natural mattresses. These are, just like the mattresses, made from natural materials and handcrafted in Germany.

The Classico Medio slatted frame, suitable for all Classico mattresses, is conceptually similar to the classic sprung slatted frame. However, Medio is more, or rather less. It lacks the usual metal fittings and screws. These are replaced by elaborate wooden joints and metal-free adjustment mechanisms.

The 28 sprung slats made of beech wood rest in rubber caps. This increases the flexibility of the slats at the ends. These close flush with the long sides, so that it still springs even at the edge. All Medio variations are equipped with a slat reinforcement in the area between the shoulder and pelvis. By means of two sliders, you can effortlessly adjust the firmness of the individual slats.

The wood is not surface-treated. All the beech wood required is sourced from German forests, and the processing into slatted frames also takes place in Germany.

Medio is recommended for mattresses 12 cm high or more. Classico Medio is optimal for people with a light to normal body weight (up to 90 kg).
