There are quite a few stacking beds available online these days. However, when it comes to quality and detail-oriented craftsmanship, we don't know anyone who can compete. High-quality, simply designed stacking bed for guests, for a teenager's room or a holiday home. Two beds stacked without fittings form a sofa for daytime use, which becomes cozy with deep back cushions (please inquire separately). The bed, designed by Hertel & Klarhöfer, can be fully used as a single bed and a double bed (the pictures above always show two stacking beds in combination!). To create a complete double bed, 2 individual beds are required.

Construction

The bed is available in sizes 80 x 200, 90 x 200 or 100 x 200 cm. For an additional charge, we are happy to supply oversized lengths and widths. Please feel free to inquire >> Contact.!

The solid oak or walnut wood is treated with natural oils. Alternatively, Guest is available in solid oak, color-stained. You can see the color shades on the card in the pictures. When ordering, please simply state the desired color in the free text field. Delivery includes a metal-free slatted frame "Silent" (rubber bearing), with 6-ply glued beech wood slats.

Color Stain

With stains, the natural structure of the wood remains visible. This was particularly important for ZEITRAUM, because the furniture is unique due to the natural grain and play of colors in the wood. The typical semi-transparent appearance of the color stain preserves this. ZEITRAUM puts a lot of effort into the surface treatment, which requires artisanal skill and cannot be applied automatically. Many individual steps of sanding, wetting, drying, staining and re-drying lead to the perfect end result, which is extremely durable. This creates a wonderfully lively surface with a natural appearance.

Tip

This high-quality stacking bed is a real alternative to a sofa bed, as classic mattresses can be used here. We recommend Waitress or Waiter as suitable bedside tables.
